There are many drugs used by physicians in their daily practice, and used in many ways. Unfortunately accidents do happen, but when an accident cause injury or death, the physician must be held accountable
Dr. Bennett can do Drug Utilization Reviews to determine if the drug(s) used were the right drug(s), used at the right time, and in the right dosage. For example, the drug pump in the picture was pulled from a deceased man and provided to Dr. Bennett to determine if the correct Opioid pain medication was inside, and at the right concentration.
Medical Malpractice is not limited to physicians, but can include nurses, pharmacists, dentists, chiropractors, etc.
